yes, the TINGE tint is both water + transfer-resistant!

the TINGE tint can be worn for up to 48 hours

no! the tint is fragrance free so you can stick to the fragrance palettes you love + prefer.

soap + water is all you need to remove the TINGE tint.

no! we do not suggest applying any other product to the body before or after applying the TINGE tint. when you use another product in tandem with the tint, you risk impacting the water + transfer-resistant barrier of the TINGE tint.

we don’t suggest it! the TINGE tint was intentionally designed for long-lasting wear on the body.

the TINGE tint does not contain SPF and therefore does not protect against harmful UV rays. we always recommend applying your favorite oil-free, SPF mist after you apply your TINGE tint.

immediately discontinue use and contact your physician. we always recommend doing a small swatch test prior to full body use.

email info@tingebeauty.com. with your order number in the subject line and request in the body text ASAP! if the order has already been processed, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to make a change to the order, but we promise to do our very best. 

most orders will arrive within 4 to 8 business days of the order being placed. if there seems to be an issue with your order, you can reach us at info@tingebeauty.com.!

we only ship to the United States at the moment. be sure to subscribe to our emails to be the first to find out when we go international!

all returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. your order number must be included to place a return. once approved, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. please note, credit card refunds typically take 5-10 days to appear on your statement and original shipping charges are not refunded. email our team at info@tingebeauty.com. with your order number.

no you cannot. by purchasing TINGE products, you agree to not resell or distribute our products for commercial purposes. if we have reason to believe your order is not for personal use, your order will be terminated.

if there is a delay receiving the shipment please email us at info@tingebeauty.com and we can help extend your trial period.

click the ‘try before you buy’ option, located on the TINGE tint and the body bundle product pages. select your desired shade, click the add to cart button. ta-da – checkout as normal!

for some orders (especially first-time orders), a temporary authorization charge may be processed to verify the validity of the credit card. the charge amount can vary between 1%-100% of the total order value depending on the total order value. 

note that this authorization is automatically and immediately canceled, but may remain visible as a pending ‘authorization charge’ for a few business days on your statement. authorization charges are never held for longer than a few seconds and should be removed from your statement within a few days of being processed. if the transaction is not removed from your statement after a week, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help


if you have followed the steps of the ordering process perfectly and you are unable to validate your order, you can contact our customer service by email at info@tingebeauty.com. Once this step has been validated, you must return to the TINGE site so that your payment is confirmed and your order can be registered.

when your ‘try before you buy’ order arrives you will also receive an email from BlackCart (please check your spam folder too if you don't see the email) with a link to the return portal. you can also email info@tingebeauty.com if you have trouble finding the email. 

in the return portal you can decide what you’d like to keep and what you’d like to return and also print a free return shipping label.  please keep the original box and packaging to send your return back as you received it.

yes coupons can be used on ‘try before you buy’ items, just enter the coupon code at checkout.

the TINGE tint and the body bundle are available for the ‘try before you buy’ program.  accessories are not currently available for ‘try before you buy’. ‘try before you buy’ is available for all U.S. addresses.

if you do not return your ‘try before you buy’ order within the 10 day window or if the returned product is damaged, we will need to charge your card on file the full price of purchase.  

in order to avoid this charge your ‘try before you buy’ order needs to be postmarked and on its way back to TINGE by the tenth full day after delivery.  if you need an extra day or two email us at info@tingebeauty.com and we can help!

your return shipping is on us! you will be able to print a free shipping label through the return portal once your package arrives.
